What is a Turducken or Tur-Duc-Hen?
However you spell it, we spell it D-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s! It is a deboned turkey,
stuffed with duck and chicken. Then for lagniappe we stuff it with either
our cornbread and pork rice dressings (Louisiana) or shrimp and
crawfish jambalaya (Cajun).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Turduckens are shipped 2
day air and arrive frozen.
Because of this, they are
safe to go back into your
freezer. If you are needing
your product for a particular
event, please take delivery
early and place in freezer
till you are ready to thaw
and cook. Allow time for
possible shipping delays
and/or time for us to get you
another product in the event
there is a problem with
shipping that may be
beyond our control.
