price minus the shipping charges.  Item must be in new condition.  Customer is
responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted item.  A replacement item will be
sent if your order comes damaged.  
b. If your order arrives late due to a Shipping Company (UPS or FedEX) delay           
you will be credited for shipping charges.
